At Epic Globe Publisher, we support open access publishing to ensure that scientific knowledge is freely available to a global audience without any restrictions. To maintain the highest editorial and production standards, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable for accepted manuscripts. These charges contribute to the costs of managing submissions, peer review, professional editing, indexing, digital hosting, and long-term archiving.

Payment Instructions
Upon acceptance, the corresponding author will receive an invoice via email. Payment must be completed within 7 to 10 business days to proceed with final publication.

Funding Support & Waiver Policy
Epic Globe Publisher encourages scholarly participation regardless of financial background. Partial or full APC waivers may be offered under the following conditions:
Authors from low- and middle-income countries (World Bank criteria)
Independent researchers without institutional funding
Early-career researchers or students
High-impact articles with public health significance

To apply: Email a waiver request during submission to waiver@epicglobepublisher.com with supporting information. Waiver approval is at the publisher’s discretion and does not affect editorial decisions.

Institutional Billing & Agreements
We support institutional APC agreements and pre-approved funding arrangements. Universities, research institutes, or consortia may contact: institutions@epicglobepublisher.com for setup and invoicing options.

Reprint Articles
Authors can request high-quality printed copies (reprints) of their published articles for personal, academic, or institutional use. Reprints are available in customizable quantities and can include covers featuring the journal’s logo and citation details. Requests should be made at the time of article acceptance or soon after publication. Please contact the editorial office for pricing and ordering information.

Withdrawal Fee Policy
If a manuscript is withdrawn by the author after acceptance but before final publication, a withdrawal fee of 50% of the total invoice amount will be charged. This fee reflects the editorial, peer review, and administrative resources already invested in the processing of the manuscript.

Note: This policy applies only to accepted manuscripts that are withdrawn prior to final publication and indexing.

Refund Policy
APCs are generally non-refundable once an article has been published. Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
Duplicate or overpayment
Withdrawal before publication under qualifying reasons
Publisher-side technical errors or administrative issues 

To request a refund, contact finance@epicglobepublisher.com within 30 days of payment with transaction details and justification.
