Author Guidelines

We are pleased that you are considering submitting your manuscript to Epic Globe Publisher. To facilitate a smooth submission and peer review process, and to ensure the highest standards of scholarly publication, we request all authors to adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Manuscript Preparation
Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and fluent English.
Use 12-point Times New Roman font with double-line spacing.
Number all pages consecutively, beginning with the title page.

2. Title Page
The title page must include the following: Article Type (e.g., Research Article, Review, Case Report)
Full Manuscript Title
Names of all authors along with their institutional affiliations
Full contact information of the corresponding author, including email and telephone
A short running title (not exceeding 50 characters)

3. Abstract and Keywords
Include an abstract (maximum 250 words) summarizing the study’s objectives, methodology, major findings, and conclusions.
Provide 4 to 6 keywords relevant to the manuscript content.

4. Introduction
Clearly state the research aim and the background or context of the study.
Briefly review relevant literature and identify the gap being addressed.

5. Materials and Methods
Describe the study design, procedures, tools, and data analysis methods in sufficient detail to ensure reproducibility.

For Case Reports:
Include detailed patient information such as:
Demographics, medical history, clinical presentation
Diagnostic results (laboratory, imaging, etc.)

6. Results
Present findings logically, supported by tables and figures where appropriate.
Avoid repeating data already shown in tables/figures within the text.

7. Discussion
Interpret the results in the context of existing literature.
Discuss the implications, strengths, limitations, and potential areas for future research.

8. Conclusion
Provide a clear and concise summary of key findings and their significance.

9. Acknowledgments
Mention individuals or institutions that assisted in the research but do not qualify for authorship.

10. Ethical Considerations
For studies involving human participants or animals, provide statements on ethical approval and informed consent, as applicable.

11. Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose any potential financial or personal conflicts of interest related to the submitted work.

12. References
Cite all sources accurately using a consistent citation style (e.g., APA, MLA, Vancouver, Harvard).
Ensure all references cited in the text are listed in the bibliography and vice versa.

13. Manuscript Submission
Submit your manuscript via the online submission portal or email, as directed on the journal’s official website under Epic Globe Publisher.

14. Review and Publication Process
All submissions undergo a rigorous peer review process by subject-matter experts.
Authors will be notified of the editorial decision (acceptance, revision, or rejection) based on reviewers’ feedback.
